My 20 Day Yoga Challenge

In this video I made it a personal goal to challenge myself to do 20 consecutive days of yoga. I am blown away by how fast your body will adapt and become more flexible. Not only does this help my physical state but also added to my mental state too. Yoga allows you to focus on yourself for an extended period of time and not worry about anything else happening in your life.

I used an app called Yoga Studio. It helped me by talking through the processes and getting me on the right track. I hope you all liked this video. I look forward to seeing you challenge yourself to do more yoga.
